Disclosure Fee: $382.00
HomeWiseDOCS processing fee: $18.00
There is no transfer fee for the Gladden Farms Community Association.
Association dues are due quarterly (January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, October 1st.)
2026 Quarterly Assessments
Effective January 1, 2026, the quarterly assessment will be $260.00 for all homeowner lots. For those lots that have the benefited irrigation in front yards, the additional quarterly assessment is $34.32.
*For residents: The management company is responsible for fulfilling the state's resale disclosure requirements. A fee is charged to cover these expenses, which includes the Homewise fee for obtaining property status information.
Moving or Leasing? Don't Forget the Mailbox Key
If you are selling or renting your property, please make sure to provide the mailbox keys to the new owners or tenants, along with the mailbox number.
If you have lost the keys, it is the homeowner's responsibility to replace them at their own expense. The Association does not have access to mailbox assignments, copies, or a master key for the community cluster mailboxes.
