Fall Green Waste Community Cleanup: Begins October 5
Mark your calendars! BrightView will begin collecting green waste in designated neighborhoods on October 5 and continue each Monday through October 26. Green waste includes yard debris such as grass clippings, leaves, tree branches, and other plant materials that can be composted or recycled.
Please place your green waste items near the curb before 7:00 AM on your scheduled collection day. BrightView cannot retrieve items located on your property.
*Please note: Following BrightView's initial collection, a separate cleanup crew will follow behind shortly to address any residual debris or trimmings.
If the scheduled neighborhoods have a large number of items to be collected, it may take up to 72 hours for all items to be removed.

Accepted Green Waste Items:
· Tree clippings and limbs (*items must be stacked and fit within an 8X5 space; items larger than this cannot be collected)
· Leaves
· Grass Cuttings
· Mesquite Pods
· Yard/Organic compostable waste
The following items will not be accepted:
· Rocks
· Sod
· Animal waste
· Wood pallets
· Metals, plastics, appliances, furniture, or tires
For safety and consistency, the collection team cannot chip brush or debris prepared by another landscaper.

Who collects green waste in our community?
BrightView provides green waste collection services for our community twice a year at no cost to the Association.
Where should I place my green waste for collection?
All items must be placed by the curb. BrightView cannot retrieve items located on your property or in your yard.

Yes. BrightView can collect only green waste items on our community’s approved list. For safety reasons, they cannot collect or chip debris that was prepared by any other landscaper or service. Please refer to the list of acceptable and non-acceptable items above.
