Fall Community Green Waste Cleanup

Green Waste Community Cleanup: Begins October 6

Mark your calendars! BrightView will begin collecting green waste in designated neighborhoods on October 6 and continue each Monday through October 27. Green waste includes yard debris such as grass clippings, leaves, tree branches, and other plant materials that can be composted or recycled.

*Please note: Following BrightView's initial collection, a separate clean-up crew will follow behind shortly to address any residual debris or trimmings. *

The next scheduled collection date is Monday, October 27, for the following neighborhoods:

Tribute

Celebration

Ashmore

Brookstone

Glenmere

Parkside

Legends

Fieldstone

Sunstone

Springwood

Please place your green waste items by the curb before 7:00 AM on your scheduled collection day.

Thank you to BrightView for facilitating this service for our residents twice a year.

Accepted Green Waste Items:

· Tree clippings and limbs (*items must be stacked and fit within an 8X5 space)

· Leaves (Bagged)

· Grass Cuttings (Bagged)

· Mesquite Pods (Bagged; lighter than 50 lbs)

· Yard/Organic compostable waste

The following items will not be accepted:

· Rocks

· Sod

· Animal waste

· Wood pallets

· Metals, plastics, appliances, furniture, or tires

For safety and consistency, the collection team cannot chip brush or debris prepared by another landscaper.
