Please use this form to notify the Association office when a parking waiver is needed for a passenger vehicle that will be parked on the street or for a trailer or recreational vehicle that will be parked anywhere other than the enclosed garage.
 
Please remember that parking waivers cannot be granted for more than three (3) days at a time for regular passenger vehicles. This form may also be used for waivers relating to trailers and recreational vehicles parked anywhere on the property. All waivers for these types of vehicles are granted for one overnight stay only to allow for loading and unloading only.
 
Each lot is granted thirty (30) parking waivers in a calendar year for either use.
 
*Please note: Vehicles parked in common areas may still receive a sticker, even with an approved parking waiver on file, if they are parked within a common area and not in the location indicated in the waiver. Waivers are valid for the location specified in the approved request (typically in front of the requesting residence). In this instance, stickering with a valid waiver on file is a courtesy notice only. Any additional information or special circumstances should be noted in the designated additional information box on the waiver request form. Parking along street frontage at access points for sidewalks, pathways, and common areas is prohibited per our community guidelines.
