Please use this form to notify the Association office of a formal complaint when a violation has been witnessed. Please note that pursuant to ARS 33-1803, the first and last name of the resident witnessing and reporting the violation must be provided in the letter sent to the violating party. In addition, if the reported issue cannot be seen during regular covenant inspections and the issue is not resolved within the cure period allowed by the Association's Violation Enforcement Policy, an additional formal complaint must be filed to continue the violation enforcement process.
