Exterior Paint
Below you’ll find the approved neighborhood paint schemes for Gladden Farms.
If you are considering a change in color or any other modifications to the exterior of your home, the Architectural Request Form (ARC) will be necessary to ensure compliance with our community guidelines and architectural standards. You’re welcome to choose any one of the listed color schemes from the neighborhoods in our community. Please select one complete scheme and avoid mixing and matching colors across different palettes. Once you’ve chosen your preferred scheme, you can submit an ARC form with the color details listed.
Rock Replenishment + Wall Materials
The approved rock color for all front yards is Santa Fe Gold. Some newer communities may have had Santa Fe Brown installed by the builders.
The wall block within the community is Desert Brown by Arizona Block. The split face block on exterior walls is Coral by Arizona Block. Recently, the Association has been informed that Arizona Block is no longer producing Desert Brown, and color-matched blocks are available from Cabco Block.
In the Autumn Ridge community, block walls were installed and painted; the Association has been provided a custom color combination: Pulte Block Brown.
Mailbox Keys
The Association does not maintain or distribute mailbox keys for individual properties, and does not have access to any component of the cluster mailboxes. New homeowners or tenants should obtain mailbox keys from the current or previous owner as part of the sale or lease process. If a key is lost or misplaced, it is the homeowner’s responsibility to arrange for the lock to be re-keyed. This service can be completed by any locksmith for a fee.
For your convenience, we are providing the contact information for a local mailbox service vendor who can assist with re-keying or repairs. Please note that you are welcome to use any locksmith or service provider of your choice.

Design Review Process
Any modifications made to homes or lots (including landscaping, solar panels, pools, gutters, etc.) must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) before work begins. This includes rear yards, items behind privacy fences, and lighting installations.
Do I have to submit an ARC Request?
All exterior changes to homes or lots (including landscaping, fences, gutters, solar panels, pools, edging, etc.) require an ARC approval

How long does it take?
ARC requests are reviewed following submission and by the committee multiple times per month. The ARC typically meets on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month. Submissions are due no later than 5:00 PM on the Monday preceding the scheduled meeting date. However, the ARC may take up to 45 days for you to receive a decision. If additional information is needed or a decision is made before the scheduled meeting date, you will receive an email directly to the email address provided on the ARC form.

ARC Request Questions
If you have any questions regarding your ARC request submission, please contact your operations coordinator, Joleen Kaiser.
Please note: The 45-day timeframe begins from receipt of a complete application and all necessary forms. All ARC requests must be submitted in a single package, including all required documentation. Submitting an incomplete application will result in a denial and a request for more information. Homeowners are responsible for ensuring all details are included.
As a homeowner, it’s important to know that only you can sign and submit the ARC application for your property. While contractors, landscapers, or other service providers can help supply the necessary documentation and details for your project, they are not permitted to submit the application on your behalf.
If you have any additional questions regarding the review process, please get in touch with your dedicated management team at (520) 895-3960 or email jkaiser@ccmcnet.com.
