The Association doesn’t have a record of the paint on every individual home, but each Builder provided us with a list of Color Schemes used on their homes. As long as you use any of the listed Approved Color Schemes, you can paint your home with a different color scheme from the one you purchased it with.
Dunn-Edwards offers an InstaColor Program where photos can be downloaded and color placement can be assigned to create a rendering- you can even use a picture of your own home!
